For those who don’t know yet, well, this institution has been in operation since 2007, and at present, literally thousands of students study here. The best thing about this particular university is that it offers courses like engineering, pharmacy, and management, and it works with over 430 colleges. And let’s say it is your first year at this university; then you may be a little confused about the timetable related to exams, like when the form comes out, what the fees are, when the result comes out, and what the actual syllabus is for different courses, right? So, let’s get to just that and clear all your doubts.
GTU Exam Time Table
First of all, you should at least know that GTU actually holds the exams twice a year like, once in winter (around December-January) and once in summer (around May-June). That’s the basic-level stuff you should know. And if you’re here for the time table of GTU Exams, well, the thing is, these time tables are only shared 30 to 40 days before the exams start, and that too by the officials of the university. Within that timetable, you also get to know other details such as exact times, subjects, and even where the exam will be held (like your exam center).
- Winter 2025 Exams: Well, since we’re talking about the year 2024-25, that means the Winter exams have already happened, you know, probably December 2024 to January 2025.
- Summer 2025 Exams: Oh, these summer exams are coming up soon, like just in a few months, and that’s usually between May and June 2025. As of today (7th April), the timetable hasn’t come out yet, but you should keep a sharp eye on the official website of GTU. It is just a matter of days before they release the latest timetable for these summer exams.
GTU Exam Form Date
It is pretty obvious that before you sit in an exam at any university out there, you’d have to fill out the exam form, which are usually released a while ago before the actual exam date, right? And that’s pretty much the case with GT Exam form dates as well. Here:
- Winter 2025 Exam Form Dates: Since these exams have already happened, the form fill-out date is long gone, which probably was between October and November 2024.
- Summer 2025: These summer exams are just a few months later, so the exam date is likely between March and April 2025. This means for many exams in this very university, the forms are already out, and you can fill them out.
GTU Exam Fees
Well, for now, we can’t tell you the exact fee for each exam being conducted in the GTU, and that’s just because the fee is different for each exam, like B.Tech, Diploma, or Pharmacy) and semester.
Though, for now, we can tell you about the admission fees for the course, and that’s like ₹6,000 to ₹7.3 lakh per year for courses like B.Tech and others. Yes, it is true that the exam fees are much less and are mentioned every single year on GTU’s official website when the form dates come out.

What About The Result?
It is true that once the exams are conducted, it takes a few months for the university to release the results. So, for the Winter exams, the results are already out, which were released on March 6, 2025. And you can expect the same pattern from the Summer exams; like once the exams are conducted in the May and June months of this year, you can expect results for almost all course exams till July or August 2025.
